David Seddon

David qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1983 and was a founding partner of Seddon Smith in 1990. David is the Managing Director and specialises in Audit and Accountancy for Limited Companies and Sole-Traders, Group Accounts, providing advice in starting a new business and raising finance for new and existing businesses.

Seymour Griffiths

Seymour joined Seddon Smith in 1996, qualifying as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2000 and as a Chartered Tax Adviser in 2003. Seymour has been a director since 2004 and deals with Accounts and Taxation for Sole-Traders, Partnerships and Limited Companies, and the provision of Management Accounts services.

Nicola Pitt

Nicola joined Seddon Smith in 2000 and qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2009. Nicola focuses on Audit and Accountancy for Limited Companies, Property Management Company Accounts, VAT and Management Accounts.

Our support team (from left to right)

Sara Simmonds joined Seddon Smith in 1995. Sara is our Administrative Coordinator, deals with Personal Taxation, Payroll, P11D’s (relating to Employment Benefits), and arranges our Tax Investigation Service.

Penny Bignell has been with Seddon Smith since 1992 and is our Office Manager. She looks after our Payroll Bureau services and deals with Company Secretarial work and incorporation of Limited Companies.

Bronwen Knight joined our team in 2011 and is involved in Accounts Preparation, Payroll, and Company Secretarial work.
